In the Tri-City area, there are currently two communities with riverfront access, both of which are located in Richland. The Columbia Point area offers both riverfront and close-proximity homes as well as a nearby golf course. There are several condominium projects in this area. Most are finished communities, so the supply is limited to homes being resold.
The second area is a project located in North Richland, on the Columbia River near the Hanford area.
Horn Rapids is a golf course community adjacent to the Yakima River.
