In the Tri-City area there are currently two areas with river front access and both of those communities are found in Richland. The Columbia Point area offer both river front and close proximity homes as well as a near by golf course.  There are a number of condominium projects in this area.  Most are finished communities, so supply is limited to homes being resold.

The second area is a project found in North Richland located on the Columbia River near the Hanford area.

Horn Rapids is a golf course community adjacent to the Yakima River.
