Kennewick Communities

The Manor at Canyon Lakes, which is subsidiary of Merrill Gardens.  The Village at Canyon Lakes is an age in place community and the Manor at Canyon Lakes is part of that community.

Royal Columbian Retirement Inn  offers apartments and assisted living is located near Columbia Center in Kennewick, WA. Royal Columbian also offers Medicaid assisted apartments.

Hawthorne Court in Kennewick, Washington is managed by Leisure Care Retirement Communities.

Parkview Estates Senior Living is located in Kennewick offers independent as well as on-site assisted living.

Charbonneau Retirement  Rental Apartment Community is conveniently located near Columbia Center Mall in the heart of the Tri-Cities.

Affinity at Southridge is a 55 and older retirement community located in South Kennewick near the Canyon Lakes Golf Course offering retirement apartments starting at $1,000/month.

Richland  Communities

Riverton Retirement and Assisted Living Community is located in Richland near the Columbia Center Mall and is managed by Bonaventure.
