Rental Retirement Communities

There are a number of rental retirement communities in the TriCities area.  I have listed links to their web sites below. I have helped a number of seniors make the downsizing transition to a retirement community.  If a rental situation is what you are looking for then these communities are a good place to start.

The Manor at Canyon Lakes, which is subsidiary of Merrill Gardens.  The Village at Canyon Lakes is an age in place community and the Manor at Canyon Lakes is part of that community.

Hawthorne Court in Kennewick, Washington is managed by Leisure Care Retirement Communities.
